New nomarios news!! Select characters will be on display/for sale at japanLA in Los Angeles starting this Saturday! You can pick one up framed or unframed. There will also be art by the amazing OMOCAT and Super Emo Friends! If you’re in the LA area, be sure to check it out!!
Also, the 100th nomario is coming up very soon! I will pick the most requested character I haven’t yet drawn for it, so if you’ve got a suggestion, don’t hesitate to ask!
Hey there! Just another reminder that a little piece of me is in Toronto this week via Comics vs. Games! The exhibit is up at the Magic Pony through tomorrow, then it will be at the Toronto Comics Art Festival (TCAF) this weekend!
But the best part of all is that you don’t have to go to Canada to be able to own one of these special Comix Zone prints! You can buy one online here. Also be sure to check out all the other art, done by good friends of nomarios!
Bits in Multiples of 8: An 8bit - 64bit Video Game Fan Art Zine is an upcoming zine curated by Jimmy Giegerich. This is the nomarios related piece that I submitted! No one ever talks about Spyro anymore, aside from complaining about Skylanders.

Hey everyone! I’ll be away for the next two weeks, so I just wanted to let you know the following:
1. No new drawings until the new year. I’m so sorry for the scarcity of updates lately, this has been a very busy work season for me. But once the new year gets into gear, so will I! Feel free to continue putting suggestions in the ask box while I’m away!
2. Any orders placed from now until January will not be shipped until the 9th or so. Any orders that have been placed within the past two weeks will be shipped today or Monday!
3. Have a great holiday season! I’ll see you next year!

We all know that there are hundreds of cool videogame characters that rarely see the spotlight. But did you know that a lot of these guys have to actually live in the same world as the popular guys? It’s true!
And it’s so, so sad. Which is why I want to do something special to honor them: a huge group portrait. I plan to visit many universes, including Kirby and Mario. But the first universe I want to visit is Zelda.
So tell me, who are your favorite forgotten characters of Zelda? Is it Prince Richard? Ezlo? Purdy?

Why? Because this week is PAX Prime! It’s a super fun videogames convention that’s held in Seattle, Washington. I won’t be able to update more this week because I’ll be at PAX, but hopefully you’ll be there too!
I’ll be on a panel Saturday morning at 10 AM (for Hey Ash, Whatcha Playin’?, a webseries that I help make) and hanging around the Fangamer booth a lot with other great artist friends (Maré Odomo, Zac Gorman and Chris Furniss, to name a few), so if you want to, come say hi!

My old printer finally kicked the bucket after five years of service, so prints will be gone for just a little while. I’m planning to get a new one over the weekend, so hopefully they will be back by Monday! Any orders made within the last week have to wait until then to be processed. I apologize for any inconvenience!
